At Stratum Rugs, every rug is crafted with exceptional care and attention to detail. We stand by the quality of our products, but in the rare event that you receive a defective item, we will assist you with a return or exchange under the following terms:

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects that cannot be repaired.
  • Requests for return or exchange must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please email [email protected] with:

  1. Order details (order number and purchase date).
  2. Clear photographs of the product:
    • One with the rug fully open, clearly showing the defect.
    • One with the rug securely repacked in its original packaging.

Packaging Requirements

  • Original packaging must be retained.
  • Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product is packed securely with all original labels and materials intact.

International Orders

  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to Indian customs regulations and re-import restrictions.
