  • Delivery Time: Expect delivery within 4–5 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • Quality Check: All carpets undergo a thorough inspection before shipping. We recommend reviewing your order upon delivery.

International Orders

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 4–5 working days.
  • Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days, subject to customs clearance timelines in your country.
  • Import Duties & Taxes: Any import duties, VAT, or customs charges must be paid directly by the customer to the respective authorities in their country.
  • Payments: For international transactions, please select Razorpay at checkout. While prices are displayed in INR, payment can be made in your preferred currency.
  • Quality Assurance: Every rug is carefully inspected before shipment. Please examine your order upon delivery and notify us of any concerns immediately.
