1. Orders & Delivery

Domestic Orders (India)

  • Dispatch: 4–5 working days from order.
  • Delivery: 4–5 working days from dispatch.
  • All carpets are inspected before shipping; check your order upon delivery.

International Orders

  • Dispatch: 4–5 working days.
  • Delivery: 7–10 business days (subject to customs).
  • Import duties/taxes are customer’s responsibility.
  • Payments via Razorpay; prices in INR but payment in preferred currency.
  • Inspect order upon delivery and notify us immediately for any concerns.

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • Only for manufacturing defects that cannot be repaired.
  • Request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos:
    1. Rug fully open showing defect
    2. Rug securely repacked in original packaging
  • Original packaging must be retained.
  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

3. Design & Color

  • Pattern placement may vary by size.
  • Colors may slightly differ due to screen and lighting.

4. Stratum Renew+ Carpet Care

For Individuals (B2C)

  • Home Care Basic: 1-year plan, 1 cleaning (Onsite/Offsite).

For Businesses (B2B)

  • Pro 1Y: 1-year plan, 1 cleaning (Onsite)
  • Pro 2Y: 2-year plan, 1 cleaning + 1 repair (Onsite)

5. Other Terms

  • Office Hours: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:15 PM IST (excluding holidays).
