Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects that cannot be repaired.
Requests for return or exchange must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Customers must share clear photos of the product:

- One with the rug securely repacked in its original packaging.
Original packaging must be retained. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product is packed securely with all original labels and materials intact.
